Group Product Manager

Responsibilities

• Own your pod end-to-end: discovery, strategy, roadmap, delivery, and business results
• Manage and coach two experienced Product Managers through 1:1s, goals, and career development
• Lead discovery and delivery of integrations, customer data architecture, and core platform work
• Drive cross-pod strategy to identify and resolve overlaps and opportunities
• Partner with stakeholders, leadership, and agency partners to align on strategy
• Lead AI transformation across product, design, and engineering
• Define and measure success metrics at both pod and group level
• Maintain high product taste and stay ahead of industry trends

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience, including senior-level ownership
• 2+ years of AI product experience
• 2+ years of formal people-management experience
• Ability to perform hands-on IC work alongside management duties
• Technical depth in integrations, customer data architecture, and workflow productization
• Fluency in customer discovery and research
• Proven track record of aligning multiple teams around a single product story

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in small startups (<150 people)
• Experience productizing internal operations or building workflow/integration products
• Experience in tech-enabled services or hybrid product-service businesses
• Digital marketing domain knowledge
• Real estate domain knowledge
