About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties supporting Sales & Marketing
- Prepare proposals, contracts and banquet event orders
- Answer guest questions about property facilities and services
- Serve as point of contact for clients by phone and email
- Enter and verify commission, lead and third-party information in sales software
- Assemble brochures and promotional information packages
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- At least 1 year of related work experience
- Ability to lift and move objects up to 10 pounds
- Clear, professional written and verbal communication
