Growth and Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

Acquisition

• Drive new customer growth and manage CAC
• Own the paid marketing budget, including forecasting, allocation, and reporting
• Manage partner agencies and performance measurement
• Analyze channel mix and own the creative testing roadmap

Conversion

• Optimize website conversion, onboarding funnels, and subscription rates
• Manage landing pages and own the CRO testing roadmap
• Partner with product and ops on subscription mechanics

Lifecycle Management

• Lead CRM strategy, including segmentation and lifecycle automation
• Execute reactivation, win-back, referral, and loyalty campaigns
• Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives

Across the Funnel

• Conduct weekly performance reviews with leadership
• Maintain a connected view of unit economics
• Use cohort analysis to drive insights across acquisition, conversion, and lifecycle

Requirements

• MENA regional experience and based in the UAE
• Experience in subscription or DTC e-commerce businesses
• Hands-on experience across acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing
• Strong analytical skills (cohort analysis, LTV optimization)
• Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Experience with CRM and lifecycle automation platforms
• Ability to build processes and reports from scratch
• Proficiency in spreadsheets and analytics tools
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field
