About the role
Responsibilities
- Source, vet, and onboard specialized annotators and performers across various skill profiles and languages
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter, professional communities, and niche networks to find specialists
- Leverage AI workflows and automation to scale sourcing channels
- Establish vetting pipelines based on project requirements and expertise
- Maintain relationships with experts to ensure a warm and staffable roster
- Partner with project and delivery leads to translate customer specs into candidate profiles
Requirements
- 2-5 years of experience in high-volume recruiting
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter / Sales Navigator and other sourcing tools
- Fluency building AI workflows to scale operations
- Comfort owning funnel metrics such as outreach volume, response rates, and time-to-fill
- Strong written communication, responsiveness, and professionalism
- Track record in fast-paced, target-driven environments like startups or agencies
About the Company
HumanSignal is a human data partner for companies building AI models and products. They design and create datasets from scratch and provide the open-source standard for data labeling and evaluation through their platform, Label Studio.
