About the role
Responsibilities
- Run growth experiments across new channels, campaigns, and messaging
- Build demand and awareness across target markets
- Own lifecycle marketing including email campaigns, nurture sequences, and onboarding
- Optimize conversion rates at every stage of the funnel
- Build workflows, automations, and lists directly in HubSpot and Clay
- Partner with RevOps to improve segmentation and lead routing
- Use data to identify growth opportunities and measure performance
Requirements
- 2-4 years of experience, ideally at a Seed, Series A, or Series B startup
- Proven experience running and measuring growth experiments
- Analytical approach to data and pattern identification
- Hands-on ability to build and execute campaigns independently
- Technical curiosity and comfort learning new tools
