About the role
Responsibilities
- Own and optimize Google Ads, Meta, and other performance channels
- Build and optimize landing pages and conversion rate optimization strategies
- Manage marketing funnel analytics including CAC, CPL, ROAS, and LTV
- Develop a clear testing roadmap and execute growth experiments
- Analyze UAE/GCC consumer behavior and digital landscape
- Partner with Sales to align marketing data with sales outcomes
Requirements
- 4+ years of hands-on growth/performance marketing experience
- Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Proven experience managing significant media budgets
- Strong understanding of CRO and landing-page strategy
- Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and Looker Studio
- Commercially minded with a focus on revenue and customer growth
