About the role
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute and optimize performance campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and other platforms
- Manage daily budgets, pacing and KPIs to deliver business targets
- Run structured tests and scale winning campaigns and creatives
- Collaborate with design and content teams on creative briefs and UGC or creator content
- Use GenAI tools to produce and iterate creative variants within brand guidelines
- Build lifecycle journeys and lightweight automations on the customer engagement stack
- Own tracking hygiene: event and UTM taxonomy, attribution setup and QA
- Analyze data with SQL and build dashboards for weekly and monthly performance reviews
Requirements
- 4-6 years of hands-on performance marketing experience
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads
- Working knowledge of GA4, AppsFlyer, Adjust and Search Console
- Working-level SQL for data extraction and analysis
- Hands-on experience with automation or no-code workflow tools
- Experience using GenAI tools in creative or content workflows
Preferred Qualifications
- CRM or lifecycle marketing experience
- Light scripting or API use
- Dashboarding and BI experience
- UGC or creator program experience
- Fintech or multi-brand ecosystem experience
- Exposure to creative testing frameworks
