Growth Marketing Executive

Responsibilities

• Act as day-to-day contact for performance marketing agency partner across SEA and paid social
• Support campaign planning, setup, launch and budget pacing monitoring
• Manage creator affiliate programme performance tracking and creator partnerships
• Support SEO, GEO and AEO initiatives and keyword research
• Manage sampling initiatives, tracking, reporting and performance analysis
• Maintain reporting dashboards, campaign documentation and performance recaps

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or related field
• 2 to 4 years in performance, growth or affiliate marketing
• Hands-on experience in SMA and SEA
• Experience running a creator or affiliate programme
• Understanding of SEO and AI search
• Analytical skills with GA4, Search Console and Excel
• Familiarity with GTM, Shopify and Google Merchant Centre
• Strong organisational skills and collaborative teamwork
