About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the Bubbles to exchange signup funnel from traffic through KYC completion
- Map and fix drop-off points across app, web, email and push
- Design and run growth experiments on CTAs, onboarding, placements and incentives
- Build in-product conversion moments such as trade prompts on moving bubbles
- Drive Bubbles traffic and signups with the live show, content and creator teams
- Set up tracking for attribution, cohorts, CAC and funded account rates
- Manage referral and affiliate flows with the exchange partner
- Report weekly on results and next steps
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth, performance or lifecycle marketing
- Proven record of moving a conversion metric
- Strong with GA4, Mixpanel or Amplitude and A/B testing
- Hands-on with push, email and in-app messaging tools
- Sharp copywriting and design briefing skills
- Understanding of crypto audiences and compliance limits on promoting financial products
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with exchange affiliate or referral programs
- Multi-region funnels under different regulations
- SQL skills
- Experience growing a community or creator-led product
