About the role
Responsibilities
- Build and run a high performance Engagement Marketing Operation to drive service utilization
- Execute and optimize multi-channel campaigns using data and automation
- Implement marketing operations infrastructure that integrates with the tech stack
- Leverage healthcare data to identify targeted marketing strategies
- Partner with customer and member services teams to ensure alignment
- Iterate on creative ideas and engagement strategies using data
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in marketing with a focus on engagement and utilization
- Experience in B2C or B2B2C environments
- Proven track record in scaling marketing operations and managing Braze
- Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision making
- Creative mindset for content and strategy development
- Digital health industry experience is highly preferred
