Growth Operations Lead, Earn & Wealth

Responsibilities

• Define and execute user growth, conversion, and retention strategies across the Earn & Wealth product suite
• Build and optimize the full user lifecycle framework
• Lead end-to-end planning, execution, and ROI evaluation of growth campaigns
• Develop user segmentation models based on AUM, risk appetite, and behavior
• Design targeted strategies and journeys for different user cohorts
• Drive precision marketing through CRM, push notifications, and email
• Build and maintain dashboards to track key business metrics
• Leverage A/B testing and data insights to optimize user journeys
• Partner with Product, Finance, and BD teams to enhance product capabilities
• Collaborate with Content, KOL, and Paid Media teams to amplify growth impact
• Contribute to GTM strategies for new product launches

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in operations within internet, fintech, or crypto industries
• Solid understanding of financial products, particularly crypto-based offerings
• Strong analytical mindset with hands-on experience in SQL, Excel, and BI tools
• Systems thinking and ability to translate business challenges into scalable solutions
• Proven experience in user segmentation and lifecycle management
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience from leading CEX platforms such as Binance, OKX, or Coinbase
• Familiarity with DeFi ecosystems and on-chain yield products
• Proven track record of executing growth campaigns with measurable KPI impact
• CFA / CPA or a degree in finance or related fields
