Growth & Operations Lead (UAE)

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for the UAE and GCC markets
• Build and manage a qualified pipeline across consulting, brand, digital, and AI opportunities
• Establish relationships with C-level executives, government bodies, and strategic prospects
• Coordinate responses to RFPs and tenders, ensuring high-quality submissions
• Manage the day-to-day operational setup of the Dubai presence, including local service providers and administration
• Map the regional market to identify investment programs, government agendas, and emerging opportunities
• Act as the primary brand ambassador for Interweave in the region

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or consulting
• Deep understanding of the UAE business environment, specifically Dubai and Abu Dhabi
• Proven ability to engage with founders, CEOs, and senior institutional stakeholders
• Experience working within a professional services environment (agency or consulting)
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple commercial priorities

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience across the wider GCC / MENA region
• Relationships within government, real estate, hospitality, or technology sectors
• Experience scaling a new market or business unit
• Arabic language skills
• Understanding of digital transformation and AI
