Responsibilities

  • Execute outbound calling across Growth, Partner, and Conference pipelines
  • Follow pipeline-specific scripts using a conversational approach
  • Qualify leads by identifying decision-maker status, budget, urgency, and pain points
  • Schedule meetings only when specific qualification criteria are met
  • Log all call attempts, outcomes, and notes in Google Sheets
  • Submit daily activity summaries via Microsoft Teams

Requirements

  • Proven outbound cold calling experience (B2B preferred)
  • Experience qualifying leads and handling objections
  • Proficiency with VOIP systems and spreadsheet logging
  • Native or near-native English speaker with a professional accent
  • Reliable internet connection, quiet environment, and headset
  • Ability to work 20 hours per week between 9am and 5pm EST

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
  • Previous SDR or AE experience
  • Background in high-volume dialing or partner prospecting
  • Experience selling service-based offers
