About the role
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize SEO and SEA initiatives
- Plan, launch, and improve paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Microsoft Ads)
- Develop and manage landing pages aligned to campaign goals
- Build and execute email marketing flows and automations
- Manage social media campaigns focused on lead generation
- Track campaign performance, conversions, and ROI
- Work closely with Sales to align messaging and improve lead quality
Requirements
- 3+ years in growth, advertising, or digital marketing
- Experience with HubSpot, Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Figma
- Strong understanding of digital marketing and performance channels
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Fluent in English, written and verbal
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Zapier
- Pragmatic approach over idealism
