About the role
Responsibilities
- Drive revenue growth by achieving clear targets for lead generation, conversion rates, and marketing-driven revenue
- Manage and optimize the marketing funnel from awareness to sale, collaborating closely with the sales team to enhance lead quality
- Oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms including Meta, Google, and Marketplace
- Lead the marketing team consisting of Content, Ads, Design, and PR
- Coordinate weekly with sales and customer service to improve lead quality and address reasons for deal failures
Requirements
- 5-8 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing
- Proven track record in managing advertising campaigns and optimizing conversion rates
- Strong leadership experience in team management and development
- Solid understanding of the relationship between marketing and sales
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver results consistently
- Arabic language proficiency
