About the role
Responsibilities
- Perform onboarding for new clients
- Understand client business, objectives, and challenges
- Configure and adapt Workana ON solutions to client needs
- Assist clients with implementation and setup
- Configure tools such as WhatsApp Business, Google Business Profile, CRM, and automation
- Monitor client accounts and review indicators
- Document learnings and product feedback
- Identify opportunities for improvement and standardization
Requirements
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Account Management, implementation, consulting, or Growth
- Ability to understand business needs quickly
- Knowledge of digital marketing, WhatsApp Business, and Google Business Profile
- Familiarity with CRM and automation tools
- Experience with no-code platforms
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to work autonomously
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with SMEs
- Knowledge of growth marketing and lead generation
- Experience with digital transformation processes
- Test & learn mindset
