GTM Enablement - Product

Responsibilities

• Support new product launches from alpha through GA with training ready before launch day
• Build hands-on launch workshops on how to use, demo, and pitch products
• Turn competitive battlecards into trainings, simulations, and demo workshops
• Define and build product certification playbooks for the GTM field
• Keep onboarding and everboarding content current as products ship
• Build demo certifications, role-play scenarios, and customer simulations with scored feedback
• Define and track certification rates, demo quality, and win rate against competitors

Requirements

• 4-7+ years as enterprise seller, solutions engineer, or product marketer at SaaS or API-first company
• Hands-on experience with agents, APIs, or creative tools
• Experience demoing and pitching technical products to customers
• Track record of teaching, mentoring, or building training
• Comfort building a program from scratch
• Clear communication adapting material for different audiences

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience at high-growth AI/ML, developer tools, or API-first company
• Background in voice AI, conversational AI, or contact center technology
• Experience running workshops or labs for sellers or customers
• Experience building role-play or simulation practice environments
