About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead routing logic across Salesforce, LeanData, and adjacent systems
- Manage web form infrastructure, API connections, and data flow
- Build inflection workflows, campaign automation, and platform maintenance
- Oversee domain warming and email deliverability technical setup
- Execute cross-system integrations via APIs and automation tools
- Build agentic workflows and AI-assisted tooling for lead qualification and enrichment
- Use SQL/BigQuery for data querying and system health monitoring
- Own trigger architecture for real-time omnichannel touches
Requirements
- 3+ years in marketing operations, GTM engineering, or related technical ops
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms (Marketo, HubSpot)
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and automation tools (Workato, Zapier, n8n)
- Experience with lead routing logic and tools (LeanData)
- Understanding of email deliverability (SPF/DKIM/DMARC)
- SQL/BigQuery fluency
- Experience with sales outreach tools (Salesloft)
- Bonus: scripting skills in Python or JavaScript
