GTM (Operations)

Responsibilities

• Track contracts, signatures, and status updates
• Prepare quotes and order forms
• Maintain CRM data quality including deals, contacts, and stages
• Respond to customers and manage follow-up
• Monitor and route support issues to engineers
• Coordinate invoicing with finance
• Prepare for customer meetings

Requirements

• 0 to 3 years of experience (strong new grads in scope)

• High level of follow-through and attention to detail

• Fluency with AI tools and automation instincts

• Proficiency in CRM systems

• Proactive communication: asking questions rather than guessing on contracts

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in sales ops, revenue ops, deal desk, or business ops
• Familiarity with tools like Linear, QuickBooks, Hex, Slack, Claude, and Notion
