About the role
Responsibilities
- Track contracts, signatures, and status updates
- Prepare quotes and order forms
- Maintain CRM data quality including deals, contacts, and stages
- Respond to customers and manage follow-up
- Monitor and route support issues to engineers
- Coordinate invoicing with finance
- Prepare for customer meetings
Requirements

0 to 3 years of experience (strong new grads in scope)

High level of follow-through and attention to detail

Fluency with AI tools and automation instincts

Proficiency in CRM systems

Proactive communication: asking questions rather than guessing on contracts
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in sales ops, revenue ops, deal desk, or business ops
- Familiarity with tools like Linear, QuickBooks, Hex, Slack, Claude, and Notion
