About the role
Responsibilities
- Deliver a wide range of services to guide guests through their entire stay
- Process operational needs and address guest requests
- Complete reports and share local area highlights with guests
- Assist guests with loading/unloading vehicles and transporting luggage
- Maintain a safe workplace and follow company policies and procedures
- Uphold quality standards and maintain professional appearance
Requirements
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- Ability to stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds independently and 100 pounds with assistance
- Ability to move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
