About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome customers in a professional manner
- Guide customers to the showroom and introduce them to Sales Consultants
- Capture walk-in customer details and enter them into Salesforce as leads
- Manage telephone inquiries and ensure calls are answered promptly
- Support delivery managers with vehicle receiving and stock reports
- Collect and maintain customer feedback for management review
- Maintain stock inventory of showroom supplies
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; degree in hospitality or business is a plus
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar customer service role
- Proven experience in showroom, retail, or hospitality settings
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
