About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized and exceptional guest experiences
- Handle escalated guest issues, complaints, and conflict resolution
- Manage VIP and special guest services with professionalism and discretion
- Promote loyalty programs and collect guest feedback
- Assist in planning and coordinating special events and meetings
- Perform relevant ad-hoc duties as assigned by management
Requirements
- Graduate preferably in business management
- 2-3 years of experience in Reception or Front desk duties
- Excellent communication skills
- Proactive, hardworking, and goal-oriented approach
- Experience in the automotive industry is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to work in a professional, high-pressure environment
