Responsibilities
- Ensure an exceptional dining experience for guests through warm hospitality
- Manage restaurant reservations and guest inquiries
- Address guest concerns and resolve issues promptly
- Coordinate with restaurant teams to maintain service standards
- Enhance overall guest satisfaction and create memorable dining experiences
- Maintain Hilton service standards across all food and beverage outlets

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
