Guest Relations Executive

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service and manage relations within a luxury 5-star environment
• Utilize Front of House systems to manage guest information and club services
• Effectively communicate with colleagues and management across all levels
• Promote club offerings and maintain deep knowledge of club background and facilities
• Handle guest inquiries and requests with high levels of professionalism and confidence

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel Front Office environment
• Proficiency in Opera and Micros hospitality software
• Excellent command of written and oral English
• Fluency in Arabic is required
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
