About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional guest service and manage relations within a luxury 5-star environment
- Utilize Front of House systems to manage guest information and club services
- Effectively communicate with colleagues and management across all levels
- Promote club offerings and maintain deep knowledge of club background and facilities
- Handle guest inquiries and requests with high levels of professionalism and confidence
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a 5-star hotel Front Office environment
- Proficiency in Opera and Micros hospitality software
- Excellent command of written and oral English
- Fluency in Arabic is required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced environment
