About the role
Responsibilities
- Maintain a consistent high level of service for all guests
- Manage the specific needs of VIP and long-stay guests
- Communicate VIP and long-stay guest requirements to other team members to ensure exceptional experiences
- Support the reception team as appropriate
- Manage the queue at the reception area when required
- Offer welcome drinks and towels to guests upon arrival and departure
What we look for
- Experience in guest relations or hospitality management
- Ability to manage VIP guest needs
- Strong communication skills
