About the role
Responsibilities
- Greet, check-in, respond to requests, and settle accounts while providing exceptional service
- Take the initiative to add a personalized experience
- Proudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest&s stay through up-selling
Requirements
- Service focused personality is essential; experience is an asset
- Prior experience working with Opera / Opera cloud or a related system
- Fluency in English & Arabic
- Bachelors or diplomas/certifications are required
- Worked in 5* Hotel or relevant experience is a must with in Hotel industry
- Currently in UAE and willing to join immediately will be an advantage
