About the role
Responsibilities
- Respond to, document, forward and resolve guest inquiries and complaints
- Coordinate with Maintenance, Housekeeping, Reservations and other departments
- Contact upcoming guests to collect pre-arrival documents and complete registrations
- Respond to guest inquiries via Booking.com, Airbnb and other OTA platforms
- Process guest documents and record information in the PMS and DET systems
- Communicate with building management to register guests and secure approvals
Requirements
- Emirati nationality (UAE nationals only)
- Proficiency in Arabic and English
- Willingness to work at the Fujairah location
- Computer skills and willingness to train
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong guest-service orientation and attention to detail
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in guest support, customer service, hospitality or holiday-home operations
