About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead the coffee program, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
- Develop and refresh the beverage menu, staying current with trends
- Train and mentor baristas on coffee craft and guest service
- Manage inventory, equipment maintenance, and supply ordering
- Monitor sales tracking and cost control for the beverage station
Requirements
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Head Barista or senior barista role
- Strong specialty coffee knowledge and latte art skills
- Experience training and supervising junior baristas
- Understanding of inventory and cost management
- Passion for guest engagement and coffee education
