About the role
Responsibilities
- Monitor daily operations of the respective outlet
- Provide support and guidance to outlet staff to ensure success
- Develop, implement, and train all menus as per the outlet concept
- Support banqueting operations for other units if required
- Ensure a positive customer experience
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education
- Minimum 6 years of experience in culinary departments within luxury/lifestyle hospitality or restaurant industry
- Strong steakhouse background, experience, and knowledge
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
