About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead digital transformation, strategy, and governance for the Corporate & Investment Banking Group
- Provide governance across all digital initiatives within the Wholesale Digital Studio, including NeoX
- Oversee the NeoX portfolio, encompassing Open Finance, Digital Assets, Channel Analytics, and FinTech Collaborations
- Manage end-to-end portfolio prioritization, funding strategy, budget control, and benefits realization
- Re-define the operating model within the Wholesale Digital Studio & NeoX portfolio
- Ensure budget adherence and adoption of agile and scaled agile principles across squads
- Support the evolution of the Wholesale Bank Innovation Lab and Intrapreneur program
- Provide strategic direction and governance oversight for NeoVentures to accelerate innovation-led growth
- Oversee the NeoVentures portfolio across incubation, partnerships, and scale-up initiatives
- Shape and govern FinTech, platform, and ecosystem partnerships
Requirements
- Experience in digital transformation and strategic leadership
- Knowledge of agile and scaled agile methodologies
- Ability to manage complex portfolios and budgets
- Experience with digital assets, open finance, and FinTech ecosystems
- Strong ability to drive innovation and organizational change
