About the role
Responsibilities
- Provide insurance and risk management support to IFFCO Group companies
- Develop a cost-effective risk transfer and retention strategy across operating units
- Lead timely claims registration and settlement processes
- Build relationships with insurers, intermediaries and surveyors
- Develop risk awareness and mitigation across business units
- Build an effective, efficient and motivated team
Requirements
- 12+ years of experience, including 5 years independently handling a portfolio over $1 billion
- Masters degree in Management or Diploma in Insurance and Risk Management
- Fellowship of Chartered Insurance Institute, UK or similar
