About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead and support Aftersales Managers, Parts Manager, Parts Manager, and Technical Manager
- Align Service and Parts operations strategically and efficiently
- Responsible for achieving annual net sales and net profit targets
- Communicate with key account customers and review 3rd party service providers, including Bodyshops
- Ensure organizational effectiveness through leadership and strategic planning of service and parts warehouse operations
- Maximize revenue growth, and improve customer satisfaction
- Ensure operational excellence in service delivery, service parts management, and warranty administration
