Head of AI

Responsibilities

• Build KMA's internal AI operating system (model gateway, router, fallbacks, caching, cost caps)
• Develop agent orchestration and skill/agent registries
• Implement Evals and observability (LLM-as-a-judge, tracing, error analysis)
• Manage AI Security & Governance (prompt injection protection, PII protection, GDPR compliance)
• Automate service departments (Ops, HR, Finance) through AI integration
• Drive cost engineering and business impact (ROMI, LTV, model routing)
• Form and lead the AI Integration team

Requirements

• 2-3+ years hands-on experience with AI/LLM in production
• 1+ year of experience managing a technical team
• Expertise in end-to-end AI Engineering (problem framing to impact measurement)
• Deep understanding of production LLM architecture (RAG, agents, observability)
• Knowledge of AI security, data quality, and governance (EU AI Act, GDPR)
• Strong business judgment and data-driven decision making
• Hands-on leadership approach

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with internal AI/agent/developer platforms
• Familiarity with Cloudflare, Vercel, Databricks, n8n, Claude Code, or MCP
• Experience with consumer/subscription products or app holdings
• Understanding of B2C unit economics (LTV, retention, ARPU)
