About the role
Responsibilities
- Close high-value sponsorships and media partnerships with leading brands
- Secure multi-year partnerships for major Originals and premium events
- Lead MEA revenue targets, forecasting pipeline health and conversion rates
- Develop and maintain senior decision-maker relationships across brands and agencies
- Create and execute branded activations, media packages and content integrations
- Mentor and develop a high-performing Brand Partnerships team in the MEA region
Requirements
- 15+ years in partnerships, media sales, sponsorship or experiential marketing
- Proven track record of scaled partnership deals with top-tier brands
- Strong network across Middle East and Africa brand and agency ecosystems
- Strong negotiation and consultative selling skills
- Fluent in English
