About the role
Responsibilities
- Hold full ownership and accountability for IB performance and growth in GCC
- Drive country results by developing and executing a strategic action plan
- Lead, inspire, and coach a team of Business Development Managers
- Establish clear, measurable KPIs for the department
- Develop and implement strategic initiatives to acquire new partnerships
- Collaborate with Customer Support, Dealing, Payments, Product, and Compliance teams
- Analyse partner performance and market data to identify growth opportunities
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with partners
Requirements
- Degree in Business Management, Economics or any other relevant field
- 5 years of experience in Business Development and Introducing Broker (IB) within Forex/Fintech
- 2-3 years of experience in a managerial role
- Excellent command of both Arabic and English
- Proven leadership and people-management skills
- Strong relationship-management and communication abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
- Deep understanding of financial markets, forex, or crypto
- Exceptional negotiation and pitching skills

What we look for
