About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and execute strategic marketing, branding, and positioning plans
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities
- Oversee the company marketing budget and report monthly
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns and measure results
- Create a marketing strategy to position the company as a market leader in property management
- Develop customer loyalty strategies and inbound marketing ROI
- Plan and submit ideas to improve revenues from new and existing contracts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of marketing experience
- Proven experience marketing within Dubai and a solid understanding of the UAE market
- Experience in branding, strategy, and positioning within a corporate or startup environment
- Demonstrated success in increasing brand awareness through new strategies
- Fluency in both Arabic and English (must be well-spoken on video and audio)
