About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Logos' BD and partnership strategy to drive ecosystem growth and adoption
- Identify high-value opportunities within the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem, including wallets, exchanges, and DeFi protocols
- Build and manage a focused pipeline of strategic partnerships and integrations
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two BD contributors
- Represent Logos credibly with technical founders, protocol leads, and engineering leaders
- Translate technical capabilities into clear commercial propositions for partners
Requirements
- Significant experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized infrastructure
- Strong understanding of technical blockchain architectures (L1s, L2s, P2P, consensus)\n- Proven track record of building partnerships that result in real integrations and adoption
- Existing relationships across the Web3 infrastructure ecosystem
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Experience in open-source protocols is a must
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, highly technical organization
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within privacy-focused ecosystems (L1/L2, messaging, storage, or privacy tools)
- Experience with decentralized networking projects
- Experience with wallets and application infrastructure
