About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Logos' BD and partnership strategy to drive ecosystem growth and adoption
- Identify high-value opportunities among protocols, infrastructure providers, and applications
- Establish clear priorities and success metrics for BD activity and own performance against budget
- Manage the full partnership lifecycle from identification and technical evaluation to negotiation and integration
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of two BD contributors
- Partner with protocol, engineering, and product teams to translate technical capabilities into clear value propositions
Requirements
- Significant experience in Web3, blockchain, or decentralized infrastructure
- Deep understanding of blockchain technical architecture (L1s, L2s, P2P networking, consensus systems)
- Proven experience building partnerships that resulted in tangible integrations and network activity
- Ability to operate credibly with technical stakeholders and engineering leaders
- Experience managing or mentoring a small team
- Experience with open-source protocols
- Ability to operate autonomously in a remote, highly technical environment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within privacy-focused L1 or L2 ecosystems
- Background in decentralized networking projects related to messaging, storage, or privacy tools
- Experience with wallet infrastructure
