About the role
Responsibilities
- Unify commercial enablement strategy across sales, client success and client services
- Oversee the commercial training team for onboarding and continuous learning
- Align enablement programs with business objectives and go-to-market strategy
- Support product launches, market expansions and strategic training campaigns
- Improve adoption of enablement platforms, CRMs, LMS and knowledge tools
- Define and report on commercial enablement KPIs
Requirements
- 8-12 years in sales, sales enablement or commercial operations
- Track record building enablement programs from the ground up
- Strong cross-functional leadership and communication skills
- Project management and critical thinking
- Data-driven, analytical and detail oriented
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience evaluating and implementing technology and AI platforms
