About the role
Responsibilities
- Partner with Regional Business Managers in the field to coach best practices
- Design and roll out structured coaching and onboarding for the global RBM network
- Conduct reviews of sales operations, CRM usage, and pipeline reporting
- Implement improved sales operations models for scalable execution
- Strengthen the operating rhythm between global sales leadership and regional networks
- Investigate and implement interventions to increase technology adoption across regional sales organizations
- Contribute to the development of global commercial strategy
Requirements
- University degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 10+ years of international B2B sales leadership experience
- Track record of coaching and developing distributed sales teams
- Experience in sales operations, commercial excellence, or management consulting
- Willingness to travel extensively and spend time in the field
- Fluent English (spoken and written)
