Head of Compliance Operations

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations across AML Monitoring, KYC, Fraud Prevention and P2P compliance
• Own queue management, workload distribution, capacity planning and staffing
• Establish and monitor metrics on processing speed, quality, productivity, cost and customer experience
• Develop team leads and build accountability for team performance
• Identify operational bottlenecks and improve workflows, tools and team structure
• Partner with Product, Compliance QA and automation teams on procedures and decision rules
• Drive operational adoption of AI and automation, including reviewing automated outcomes

Requirements

• Leading compliance or compliance operations in a B2C fintech, neobank, payment provider or bank
• Operational management: queue management, capacity planning, staffing, quality control
• Experience managing teams through team leads
• Translating compliance requirements into clear procedures and decision rules
• Using operational data to prioritise improvements
• Advanced English, written and spoken

Preferred Qualifications

• Russian language skills
• Experience in crypto or digital assets
• Practical interest in AI and automation
