Electrify is a dynamic digital media company that invests in and scales creators with an established YouTube presence. The Rundown, one of our leading channels, is the world's largest AI community, informing millions of people daily through newsletters, social media, and educational tools.

Responsibilities

• Own editorial quality across all properties, including AI, Tech, and Robotics newsletters
• Enforce brand voice consistency across social posts, guides, and new show formats
• Lead newsletter takeover editorial and ensure sponsored content meets standards
• Scale the media ecosystem by designing new shows, formats, and repeatable editorial systems
• Build and lead the content team, including org design and recruiting
• Recruit, hire, and develop top editorial talent through the full hiring pipeline
• Manage team performance through 1:1s, onboarding, and coaching
• Lead weekly editorial syncs and track KPIs to report to the CEO

Requirements

• Experience as a senior editor or managing editor at a publication, newsletter, or media brand
• AI-native workflow, using AI tools daily for research, drafting, and fact-checking
• Deep obsession with AI as a topic and ability to distinguish news from hype
• Proven ability to write in and teach specific brand voices
• Experience building and designing new content formats
• High level of autonomy and ownership in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience scaling a content operation from newsletters to multi-format media ecosystems
