Head of Customer Proposition - Casino

Responsibilities

• Own and lead the customer cohort and segmentation strategy across the Casino vertical
• Translate customer insight and behavioural data into actionable proposition and campaign strategies
• Oversee the planning and activation of major commercial and player engagement campaigns
• Partner with Product, Marketing, CRM, Performance and Lifecycle teams
• Define and track campaign performance metrics to improve engagement and customer lifetime value
• Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to ensure regulatory standards are met
• Identify and implement innovative player activation strategies
• Influence senior stakeholders to embed customer-centric decision-making

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in strategic planning, customer segmentation, or player activation within gaming or betting
• Proven track record of developing and executing campaigns that drive measurable engagement
• Strong expertise in customer insights and data-driven decision-making
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Deep understanding of player behaviour, promotional mechanics, and regulatory considerations
• Strong stakeholder management skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience within iGaming or multi-jurisdiction regulated markets
• Experience building segmentation frameworks from early-stage or scaling businesses
• Passion for sports, gaming, and emerging player engagement technologies
