About the role
Responsibilities
- Oversee paid search across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
- Own paid social strategy across Meta, TikTok and possibly YouTube
- Direct an agency partner in testing emerging channels
- Optimize toward downstream lead-quality signals over a multi-week cycle
- Build the demand generation forecast and channel budget allocation
- Lead, mentor and grow a small marketing team
Requirements
- 12+ years of performance or growth marketing experience
- 5+ years leading teams
- Track record managing a paid media budget of $15M or more
- Media mix modeling and incrementality testing experience
- Financial acumen: forecasting, unit economics (CAC, LTV, payback)
- Experience managing agency partners
- Bachelor's degree preferred

- Experience in financial services, fintech, lending or insurance
