About the role
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end product user experience from ad creatives to retention loops
- Grow product metrics including conversion, retention, and LTV through design
- Set design direction and evolve the design system including UI, UX patterns, and animation
- Lead a design team consisting of product designers, a UX writer, and a researcher
- Translate research and user insights into roadmap initiatives
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience leading a design team of 3 or more in B2C products
- Proven track record of measurable design impact on key metrics
- Strong expertise in UX, UI, user flows, and information architecture
- Proficiency in Figma and experience with design systems
- Experience with A/B testing and data-driven decision making
- English language proficiency at C1 level or above
