Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance and establish principles for human-centered products
• Oversee work with a meticulous eye for detail and expert craftsmanship
• Design new forms of intelligent experiences and contribute thought leadership
• Develop systems that combine delight and systematic thinking for global audiences
• Mentor and manage Design Directors and a globally distributed team
• Experiment with AI tools and introduce new methods into design workflows
• Collaborate directly with clients to ideate and create innovative solutions
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure brand cohesion
• Lead and develop a world-class design team

Requirements

• Strong design craft foundation with hands-on direction capabilities
• A strong portfolio showcasing a wide variety of digital products and experiences
• 2+ years of experience in the design industry leading teams
• Forward-thinking judgment on AI and design systems
• Active use of AI tools within the design process
• Strong communication skills and a passion for people and client relationships
