Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of strategies to expand and strengthen the Arbitrum ecosystem
• Identify and forge strategic partnerships with key stakeholders in the blockchain and Web3 space
• Collaborate with technical, marketing, and operations teams to ensure partners have necessary tools and resources
• Work with engineering to ensure technology is easily accessible and integrated into dApps
• Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for ecosystem growth
• Oversee management of ecosystem grants and funding programs
• Lead key events such as hackathons, developer meetups, and Web3 conferences

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in ecosystem development, business development, or growth roles in blockchain/Web3
• Proven track record of scaling developer ecosystems and community engagement
• Strong experience with Layer 1 or Layer 2 blockchain solutions and Ethereum
• Strong business acumen in strategic partnerships and negotiation
• Exceptional communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated leadership and people management skills
• Data-driven approach to tracking and reporting growth metrics
• Deep understanding of Ethereum, Layer 2 technologies, and dApps
