Head of Finance

Responsibilities

• Own the P&L, driving financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting in alignment with business goals
• Oversee day-to-day financial operations including clearing & settlement, collateral management, and treasury operations
• Lead financial reporting processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and compliance with accounting standards
• Maintain regulatory compliance by working closely with legal and compliance teams within the crypto and payment industry
• Manage external relationships with banking partners, exchanges, and other financial institutions
• Implement risk management frameworks to safeguard company assets and ensure financial stability
• Support the product roadmap through the development of new financial products and internal tools

Requirements

• 6-8 years of experience as a Financial Controller or in a similar role within fintech or banking
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards
• Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Knowledge of cryptocurrency markets, blockchain technology, and DeFi
• CPA or CFA certification preferred
